Due to covid-19, we are not having another Reset Retreat this fall, but are prayerfully considering a spring retreat… Stay tuned!
What is Reset?
Reset is a women’s retreat conceived out of a fascination for what I call “Re-words:”
~ restore, refresh, revive, renew, repair, respond ~
The prefix “re-” means back, again, once more.
God’s heart towards us is invitational.
Come back, he whispers. Return. I will restore.
Reset offers guests space to respond to His invitation.
Held at a secluded property on the banks of gorgeous Lake Gaston, near the North Carolina/Virginia border, Reset is purposefully designed to be intimate in both size and atmosphere in order to create space to hear from God and each other. To have our spirits revived and refreshed.
My heart for Reset is to set a table you’ll never want to leave, where you can plop down in your stretchy pants and stop trying so hard. Stop pretending.
Just come.
Sit.
Listen.
Partake.
At Reset, we will worship, break bread together, (communion & gourmet meals) read Scripture, (slowly and thoughtfully) share our stories (without judging) practice spiritual disciplines, receive instruction and inspiration and have opportunities for prayer.
If this tugs at your soul the way it does mine, I invite you to join me this fall at Lake Gaston, NC October 4-6th and experience a God-centered RESET. Because of the nature of this retreat, space is purposefully limited to a maximum of 10 guests.
